In Kosovo Specialised Chambers ( In The Hague, in judgment against Peter Shala, the testimony is continuing to be witnessed by Bedri Dervisaj, who, answering Shala's defence questions, said he has neither met or recognised a person named Peter Shala during the war.
That statement, Dervisaj did by answering the questions of attorney Mohammed Hedi Aouini regarding Peter Shala, reports “Justice Vowtim”.
He said he has not met a person named Peter Shala during the war, nor has he known anyone by that name in Brigade 128.
Asked if he heard of the nickname “Wyk” during the war, the witness denied hearing about his nickname, but that he heard of it post-war.
According to him, under the nickname “Wajku” was a person who was with Ramush Haradinaj.
The Witness said that Peter Shala heard about it through television, broadcasts Clancosova.tv.
In much of the morning session, the witness has been asked about the building where he has gone to get injections, its space, and the people he met there.
In this regard, the witness said it has been a long time and does not exactly remember.
Then the witness was shown some pictures of an object, where the witness said this building at the entrance received injection.
He added that the space where he took the injection was six feet by four feet, where there were two chairs and a bag of drugs and he met a doctor.
