Today the VV's Hajdari hearing continues about the accident that hit a kid in a car.

Industry, Intervention and Trade Minister Rosetta Hajdari will again appear before the court today for the accident that had occurred on April 10th 2022, where a child had suffered minor injuries.

Representatives of the damaged party and defendant Hajdari are expected to be heard at the session.

After the last session, the party's representative has stated that experts have found that Minister Hajdari's car had traces of setbacks at the moment of the accident

Pristina's Constitutional Court has decided to close the hearings of Minister Hajdari to the public.

On October 12th, 2022, Minister Hajdari had said she felt no guilt over the accident where a child was hit, according to her, she had been at speed within the communications rules and that suddenly the girl was hit by the car after the same girl was running.

Otherwise, the request to defendant Hajdari for the initiative of the counter-invention procedure was made by the Kosovo police station, the Kosovo Police Regional Road Communications Unit, for the accident that took place on 10 April 2022, about 12:25 on the “Vicianum”, in Pristina's “Arberia” neighbourhood.

At the same request, Hajdari was tasked with “oversumptions of speed” and “aconcident to body injury”. /Betimy for Justice
