She's being accused of a traffic accident where a minor was injured.
On October 12, 2022, Minister Hajdari had said he was not guilty of an accident involving a child.
According to her, she had been at speed within the communications rules and that suddenly the girl was hit by the car after the same one was running.
Hajdari is tasked with “Speed non-suitability” and “axident communication with body injury”.
