Five companies, business facilities, a hotel in Copaonic, a villa in a Belgrade elite part, all this in Serbia is officially owned by Milan Radosic, According to Radio Research Free Europe.

Radoiciq, Who publicly claimed responsibility for the armed attack on Kosovo police in the village of Banjska, shares ownership of that property with businessman Zvonko Veselinovic from northern Kosovo and his brother Zarko.

Companies operating from them earned over 24.5m euros in the year 2022 alone, according to financial reports analyzed by the REL.

valid contracts to the state -- with cities in Serbia and various public companies have been linked.

Just three days after the armed attack in northern Kosovo, their company also took over construction of a bridge near Kraleva, worth about one million euros.

The government of Serbia and the competent ministry to publish the text did not answer REL questions on what basis the Radoichiqi and the Veselinovic brothers won tenders.

There is no answer even to the question of whether to discontinue co-operation with the state after Radoici was identified as organising the Banjska attack.

Companies owned by Veselinovic and Radojic did not answer questions about operations and assets.

Even prior to the attack on the Kosovo police on 24 September, which was named a terrorist act in Pristina, Kosovo authorities linked Milan Radociqiqi to criminal activities.

Zvonko Veselinovici is linked to crime in Kosovo.

But Serbia, which does not recognise Kosovo's independence, does not even recognise the accusations of Kosovo authorities.

Banjska attack is not treated as terrorism, and Radovici is not charged for The murder of police officer Africa Bulnjak in procedure before Belgrade's High Public Prosecutor.

Among the alleged crimes are causing public danger and illegal possession of weapons.

Official Belgrade has also decided not to implement the sanctions of the United States of America and Great Britain on Radojici and Veselinovici, for which there are no international obligations.

They were placed on the US blacklist in December 2021 due to allegations of organised crime and corruption.

Company assets are nearly 40m euros

Milan Radojciq, along with Zvonko and Zarko Veseljinovich, is officially registered by his name as the owner of a company -- “Incope” from Qureja in central Serbia.

“Incop” as a mother company owns four other companies that develop different activities from construction, hotel management to traffic.

The real estate and equipment of these five companies amount to at least 38m euros, according to financial reports for 2022, available on the Agency for Business Registers' website of Serbia (APR).

Road construction is the most lucrative business

Among the companies of Radoichiqi and the Veselinovic brothers, the most profitable is “Incope”, whose machines built roads in several locations in Serbia.
“Incope” earned around 17.4m euros in 2022.

In that company, Milan Radojciq and Zvonko Wesselinovic each have 40 percent, while Zarko Veselinovic has 20 percent.

According to financial reports analysed by REL, real estate and “equipment Incope” last year amounts to about 10m euros.

That company along with its owners is under sanctions from the United States of America.

But since they are not mandatory for Serbia, “Incope” functions without obstacles.

Among the projects previously researched by REL, the construction of the road from Pozharevac to Goulqe in eastern Serbia stands out.

There, in February 2022, the state agreed that the company “Incope” would be one of the vice contractors of the Chinese company “Shandong”, which REL has written before.

The work is still continuing.

pool villa near Ziesda Stadium

High walls, cameras and security guards hide a villa of nearly 500 square metres in a Belgrade elite area from the public's eyes.

A pool cottage and a 15-goldy site near the Crvena Ziesda football stadium are owned by the company “Inkop”).

The average price per square meter for houses in that municipality in Belgrade is about four thousand euros, based on the Agency for Real estate data for 2023.

This means that the villa owned by Radoichiqi and the Veselinovic brothers would cost at least twom euros in the market.

A contract with the state after the attack on Banjska

Three days after the attack on the Kosovo Police in Banjska, the company “Novi Pazar-put”, whose final owners are Milan Radojic and the Veselinovic brothers, have received a job from the state.

Public company “Putevi Srbije” (Serbia's roads) on September 27th entrusted the construction of the bridge in Adrane near Kraleva, worth about one million euros.

REL asked the public company “Putvi Srbije” why he entrusted the job to the company “Novi Pazar-put” and whether the decision was reviewed after the armed attack on Banjska organised by Radoici. They replied that the Public Procuration Law “does not provide for revision of the contract's decision” in that case.

They also say that “does not matter who the owner of the company takes part in the public procurement”. “Novi Pazar-put” is owned by “Incope”, or Radojchiqi and Veselinovich, since January 2020.

Even that company is under US sanctions but receives contracts from the state of Serbia.

It received contracts for road construction and maintenance in several cities and municipalities in southwestern Serbia.

Last year, in 2022, the company's profits amounted to about 6.5m euros.

Its wealth amounts to 10.6m euros.

According to documents previously analysed by REL, “Novi Pazar-put” also appeared as a subcontamination for works on the fast highway from Iverk to Ljjkovac in central Serbia, which is being built by Shandong, China.

The luxury hotel in Copenhagen works without license

At the centre of Kopolonik, Serbia's largest ski resort at the end of one of the tracks, the logo of a black wolf in one of the hotels draws attention.

The hotel in question is “Grey”, named on the web page as “luxuryly equipped with five stars”, dozens of rooms and suites, a pool, a centre SPA and a restaurant.

The owner of the 25-goldier object and parcel is the “DollyBell” with headquarters in Belgrade ) which also has for the mother company “Incope”.

This means that the real owners of the hotel are Milan Radoiciq and the Veselinovic brothers.

The company managing the hotel in Kopaonik, according to financial reports for 2022, has assets worth about 16m euros in real estate and equipment.

The report also shows that the company has reported a loss of about 700 thousand euros last year.

In hotel photos “Grey” the building is seen as high in several floors and that there were overbuildings./ T EK STI PLOTE: REL/
