Sentenced to Life in Prison, Charged for Murder of 15-year-old, Father

The trial against the two indictees was announced Monday by the chairman of the court, Agim Kuci, reports “Justice Vow“.

Under the trial, the defendant Xhafer is sentenced to life in prison, while the accused Amir is released in absence of evidence and the same sentence is terminated.

Also confiscated is the weapon that was committed by criminal acts.

After declaring the sentence, inside and outside the court there were tensions from the damaged side.

According to the indictment compiled on February 28th 2022, by Pristina Constitutional Pristina Prosecutor, defendants Xhafer Bardhi and Amir Bardhi were charged that on April 5, 2021, in the country called “Zabel” in the forest of the village of Gradica, due to a property dispute over the right to exploit the mountain, the indictees in co-ordination have deliberately deprived the minor- now the late A.M. and his parent BM.

The Actakuz says that the same have been endangering the lives of other people, the damaged Valdrin, Valmir and Dritton Muja, so that as long as defendant Amir White has been walking the mountain road along with his uncle's son, the noble White Witness, they meet with the damaged Valdrin Muja, who has been cutting trees, taking the tractor and loading the trees they've been cutting down the mountain.

Afterwards, the indictment says Amir has asked Valdrin that the “what you're doing is” and that the same shows him that they're cutting trees in the mountains and then damaged Valdrin continues the way towards where they've been cutting trees, while Amir and the Genus split up.

On the other hand, the indictment says defendant Amir via the telephone informs the defendant Xhafer that the injured are cutting down trees in the mountains that are negotiating for 62 seconds.

The defendant Xhafer, who has been at home, is said to receive two lights for enlightenment that are placed on his head, take the hunting rifle and leave with the type “car Golf 2” of the road brings together the two defendants and continues in the direction of the site where the injured have been cutting down trees.

There, defendant Amir is said to have contributed to the conduct of the criminal work, shining with a light to create the possibility of firing indictees Xhafer, and defendant Xhafer also lit up one light and immediately shot the deceased A. Which at that moment screams “babe me rock”.

Then, when the deceased B.M. and the damaged Valdrin go towards A. M to help, then it is said that defendant Xhafer again shoots and shoots the deceased B.M. to the head, where he later tells defendant Amir <x0] son that he got shit-holed by”.

The incident says that at the scene of the event, 16 small shells have been found, including the injured Valdrin, Valmir, and Driton Muja, who have been present cutting and carrying trees, where these two have been allvanned after two shots.

Always in accordance with the indictment, for the late A.M. at the Drenas Family Medicine Center is found his death, where his death is violent and resulting from massive internal and external bloodshed as a result of the dynamic action of shells thrown by the hunting weapon. Now, however, the deceased B. I suffer serious bodily injuries, where on April 15, 2021, he too changes his life in the CKUK as a result of his deadly wounds.

With this, the Bardh defendants were charged with committing a joint criminal act “grave murder” by Article 173, paragraph 1, entry 1.1, 1.5 and 1.11 regarding Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.

On the other hand, according to the second device of this charge, the defendant Xhafer, contrary to the applicable law regarding such weapons, has owned the hunting rifle that he himself has worked on. With this, defendant Xhafer Bardh was also charged with criminal work “retaining ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 366, paragraph 1 of KPRK. /A Vow for Justice
