Former Foreign Minister Petrit Selimi has spoken about Kosovo diplomacy, respectively, to Foreign Minister Donika Grovalla-Sharz.
He said he couldn't blame Minister Gervala for what he does or doesn't do, as he has not rebuked previous ministers
It's obvious a thing, we don't see any active lobes in Asia, Africa, Latin America. We don't see any concrete movements, I've just seen the tools of public diplomacy, many things are related to sanctions. As much as we have heard from European officials they have limited our visits to the EU, but this does not prevent our diplomacy from using this attack north as opportunities for Kosovo. Two lobbiing houses and various companies and friends in Washington we just left behind. People are forgetting one thing, the political situation in America has changed, those in the Bush Clinton era are gone, they're gonna be congressmen and new senators, maybe the Serbian side is giving more money, more lobbies, more lawyers, more lobbyists. Therefore a good combination of diplomatic refreshment, powerful lobbie, personal visit”, he said at “Fromental”.
He said that recognition without the joint lobbiing of Paris, Berlin, Rome, London and Washington “hardly has”.
