Former Kosovo Foreign Affairs Minister Petrit Selimi has said Serbia has banned the extradition of indictees to third states.
Selimi referred to Kosovo's request for the arrest and extradition of participants to the September 24th aggression in Zvecan Banjsk, where police sergeant Africa Bulnjaku was killed.
