Upon arriving in Granada, Pashiyan expressed regret that he would not meet Azerbaijani President Aliyev for the possibility of signing a “document of a turning point”.
France, which has a large Armenian diaspora, has traditionally helped mediate the decades-old territorial dispute between Armenia and Azerbaijan over Karabakh.
