A terrorist attack has been made in Arras, France, where a teacher and the Middle East were killed.

The French president was originally expected Monday morning to arrive in Albania to attend the 9th Berlin Process summit.

At the Berlin Process Summit, which will be held in Tirana, six prime ministers of Western Balkan countries are expected to participate. /Euronews
