Even last session, the judge, Sacir Mazrek, has made a decision that the hearing of Minister Hajdari will remain closed. All of this in the wake of the accused party's request that the hearing be closed due to the sensitivity of the case.
The session, held on 8 December 2022, was scheduled for a super-expert of road communication by the case judge Valbona Gjonbalaj.
At the October 12th, 2022 session, Minister Hajdari had said he did not feel guilty about the accident in which a child was hit. She had declared that she was on the speed within the communications rules and that suddenly the girl was hit by the car after the same was running.
The request to indictee Hajdari for the initiative of the counter-invention procedure was made by the Kosovo police station, the Kosovo Police Regional Rrugo Communications Unit for the accident, located on April 10th 2022, about 12:25 on “Vicianum”, in Pristina's “neighbourhood.
At the same request, Hajdari was tasked with “Speed non-recognition” and “Accur communication with body injury”. / EO
