Hague: Judgment Continues Against Thaci and Others

Otherwise, in the trial against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi, yesterday (October 11th), the 30th witness witness has begun. According to the summary read in court, the witness is a former member of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
Yesterday, the testimony of the 29th witness has been postponed, the witness's attorney said his client is not feeling well and is unwilling to testify.
The protected Witness has on several occasions asked to go to prison because he does not want to testify. It was decided that the 29th witness, in Thaci case and others, will continue the testimony on October 16th.
The trial against former KLA leaders has begun on April 3rd, while indictees have been declared innocent.
The first act against four indictees was confirmed on October 26, 2020, and was made public on November 5, 2020. According to the indictment, the crimes presented in it were committed at least from March 1998 to September 1999 at several locations in Kosovo, as well as in Kukes and Chahan, in northern Albania.
