Rama has been talking about the report between the two states, Rama has remembered words that former US President Bill Clinton has told her during his recent visit to Albania and the messages he has had for the Kosovo political class and the call not to miss the big chance of the Franco-German plan.
The head of the Albanian government has confessed to the story Clinton has told him about how Yaser Arafat refused to sign the best deal ever drafted for Palestine.
When Clinton came to Tirana, she said: Tell my friends in Pristina not to miss the big chance of the Franco-German Agreement. Tell them on my part how Yaser Arafat missed the golden opportunity of peace when he had it on the desk of the Ovale Office for the best agreement ever written on that conflict. Israel said yes. Yaser Arafat also said yes. I, Clinton said I ordered the commandments to be made”, Rama said in Albania's Parliament
Rama has shown on how after that Yaser Arafat called Clinton to show that I would sign the agreement and the dialogue they had.
He has indicated that Clinton has stressed that Kosovo should not disappoint its most difficult-day friends and work with them to make peace.
Kosovo, its chief character in 1999 added, not only should it disappoint its most difficult-time friends, but must work with them, make peace and finalise peace, requires even more courage than starting the war, he concluded”, has added Rama as he quoted the former American president's words.
