Today, the initial review hearing was held against businessman Zeka Jasiqi. As is common in the initial hearings, the defendant has been informed of his rights. The departure of one of the lawyers who was protecting the businessman has also been requested during the hearing, reports Insander.
At the state prosecutor's request, the exemption of the lawyer, Artan Kerkin as Jasici's defence lawyer, is requested with the argument that the lawyer is engaged in a similar procedure but is under way at another stage, where he is protecting the other accused, Adil Thaci, who in the same case damaged is businessman Faton Dallaku.
As a result, the hearing has continued without a lawyer, Artan Kerdin. Businessman Jasiqi was protected only by lawyer Tahir Rrecaj.

What's in the charge?

In this volumeous indictment, a co-operation provided by Inseder newspaper, Jasiqi is charged with committing harm to businessman Dallaku guilty criminal acts.
