The Democratic Party of Kosovo, the Democratic League of Kosovo and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo have called for the extraordinary session to be held for the police, as the Parliament began work for the scheduled session at 2: 00 a.m. The extraordinary session for the Police had to be held at 11:00, but failed because of the lack of MPs [...]
The extraordinary session for the police had to be held at 11: 00 a.m., but failed because of the lack of power deputies.
Now, when the continuation of the 5 October session is being held and power deputies are present, the opposition has demanded that the extraordinary hearing be held first.
“was the opposition's request to hold the extraordinary session. You as chairman in the presence of the majority must give a verdict on closing or continuing that session. A session cannot begin without the verdict. You should respect the decision of the Parliament's work under 68.4”, LDK deputy Armend Zemaj has said.
PDK MP Ganimetie Musliu has stressed that no session or any other topic is more priority than Kosovo's security.
We have the quorum to return the session and vote on Resolution”, Musliu said.
AAK MP Beka Berisha has demanded that police requests be met.
We don't want to win votes with this. We are wanting the police to be paid riskiness, to have better conditions”, Berisha has said.
The Speaker of the House, Glauk Konjufca, said that session did not receive epilogue because it did not start. While he has said he will continue with the scheduled session.
