The ruling at the KKP was taken on Friday after a day earlier it was set as the agenda's opening point of the competition for the two highest positions in the Special Prosecutor and the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina.
In the appreciative panel for the SPRK chief prosecutor's election, the KKP has appointed members: Jetish Maloku, Ardian Hajdaraj, Besim Kelmendi, Arrian Gashi and Agron Beka.
And members have been assigned to the Commission for Review: Jehona Grantolli, Ariana Shaykovci and Armend Zenelaj.
In Pristina, at the Recognition Commission for the Pristina Chief Prosecutor's Prosecutor's Election, The KKP has chosen these members: Jetish Maloku, Ariana Shaykovci, Merita Bina-Rugova, Jehona Grantolli and Ardian Hajdaraj.
And members have been assigned to the Commission for Review: Agron Beka, Arian Gashi and Besim Kelmendi.
At the top of the PSRK, chief prosecutor Blerim Isufaj currently stands, while at the Pristina Foundation Prosecutor's Office, chief prosecutor Meshim Munishi.
Munishi, who had previously been a task leader of Pristina's chief prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutor, was elected to the post by 10 votes, as the only candidate.
According to the Order for the appointment of Chief State Prosecutor and Prosecutors Prosecutors of the Republic of Kosovo, The KKP announces the contest for the appointment of chief prosecutor of other prosecutors at least 60 days before the mandate of the current prosecutors expired.
In order of days for today, the KKP has also planned the establishment of the rating panel and the Commission for Review for the appointment of chief prosecutors, as well as the announcement of the prosecutors' retirement during November 2023. /A Vow for Justice
