Yesterday, Belgrade's High Public Prosecutor has filed complaints against the judge's decision to pre-procedure the Supreme Court in Belgrade, which has rejected this prosecutor's proposal to appoint Milan Radojicici's detention due to the risk of escaping.
In the complaint, the prosecution has called for a change in the decision, which allows Radojic to stop, in response sent the N1 portal.
The decision on the complaint should be taken by the panel of the untrial body at the Supreme Court in Belgrade.
Radoic was taken into custody on 3 October, when questioned and was ordered to be held in police custody for up to 48 hours. However, he was released the following day after the judge refused to detain him.
Without two days, the Supreme Court in Belgrade has refused the prosecution's request for detention.
The judge of the case has assigned him house arrest while preventing him from crossing Kosovo's territory.
“Radovicki has been assigned the ban to leave the settlement, which has prevented him from leaving the territory of the Republic of Serbia without the court's approval and has been banned from going to the territory of Kosovo, and has been ordered that every 1st and 15th date of the month be presented at the 911 station.
Also, from this court have reported that terrorist Radojic has been confiscated from passports, while the defendant has been warned that detention could be pronounced if he violates stops and obligations.
Days earlier, he accepted through his lawyer who had organised the terrorist attack in the village of Banjska in Zvecan, where Kosovo police officer Africa Bulnjak was killed.
Through a letter read by his lawyer, Radojic announced that he had made all logistical preparations, stressing that the government of Serbia was not informed about his organisation.
He had even named the killing of the policeman an accident, after which a bitter clash has begun on both sides.
