Appeal leaves three suspects in custody for terrorist attack in Banjska

The Court of Appeals has rejected as groundless the alleged defenders' complaints of the terrorist attack on Kosovo Police in Banjsk, Vladimir Tolich, Blagoje Spasojevic and Dusan Maksimovic, confirming the Constitutional Court's decisions with which suspects had been assigned the 30-day detention measure (each] in length of 30 days.
The decision, which has provided “Justice Vow”, turns out to be taken on October 3, 2023.
“rejected as groundless complaints by defendants, Vladimir Tolic lawyer Milos Delevic, Blagoje Spasojevic lawyer Ljubomir Pantovic, Dusan Maksimovic lawyer Dejan Vasic, while the Constitutional Court's rulings in Pristina PPPS. nr.44/2023 of the date 25.09,2023 and the date 26.09.23, prove to be”, says Apel's decision.
The foundation court in Pristina, on 25 September 2023 suspects Vladimir Tolich, had assigned the detention.
While, on September 26, 2023, this court had also assigned the detention to two other suspects Blagoje Spasojevicq and Dusan Maksimovic.
The event in Baysnka of Zvecan had started in the early hours of Sunday (24 September 2023), where Sergeant Africa Bulnjaku was killed and two others wounded. Then, police had killed three terrorists while the other attackers had managed to leave after being sheltered for several hours at the Baynka Monastery.
Interior Affairs Minister Xhelal Svecla had published images of Milan Radojicic, where he had stressed that Radojicic has been the leader of this terrorist group and the attack that killed police officer Africa Bunnjak.
