KU COUNTRY OF REPUBLICA SUCH:
Support Fullly and unanimously Resolution No. 08-R-009 of the Republic of Kosovo Assembly approved at its plenary session of September 28th 2023;
It requires the constitutional institutions of the Republic of Albania, that in all international instances, as well as in bilateral contacts with our partners, we should engage vigorously and take all necessary actions to enable an international investigation into the terrorist act in northern Kosovo;
The Government of the Republic of Kosovo is encouraged to work side by side and join without reservation with its strategic allies, the European Union and the United States of America, in the post of the process for reaching a final agreement on normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia and eventual recognition of Kosovo by it.
Thursday's plenary session will be fully dedicated to Kosovo.
This special session is reserved for discussions concerning the September 24th event in Banjska of Zvecan, while it is expected that Albanian lawmakers will vote on a resolution condemning the attack of Serbs on Kosovo police.
The agenda envisions holding a debate motion on the issue, while only Prime Minister Edi Rama and Foreign Minister Igli Hasani will explain positions held by official Tirana so far.
