Xhafer Deva's grandson in Berlin today presents libel indictment against Ambassador Jorn Rohde

Valdet Deva made this announcement in his Facebook account, saying Ambassador Rohde has made false accusations against his grandfather's image.

“Today, the indictment is handed over to German Ambassador to Pristina Jörn Rohde for grave slander to Xhafer Deva's figure. The indictment is handed over to the Berlin Court in Germany. The ambassador has continued on false and baseless charges against Xhafer Deva's image and has taken the Governor's role, showing us how to deal with our internal affairs. It is a pity that neither Ambassador Rohde nor his colleagues in Serbia reacted so harshly when celebrated and remembered, Drzaza Mihajloviqi or Slobodan Milloseviqi, whom even monuments have been erected in many places in Serbia! It is a great shame for our government that they were not even able to say on these baseless accusations to show the world that Albanians are defending the truth and the most permanent figures of our national history”.

Valdet Deva has shown how witnesses in this indictment will have historian Jusuf Bujowi and ex-Depute Faton Bisimi.

Must be mentioned, that we as a people will always be in close friendship with the German state and do not forget the help we received when we needed more, but German Ambassador Rohde has clearly shown that he is serving someone other than the state and the generous German people”.

We remember that everything started when Ambassador Rohde raised his concerns about the Kosovo Government's initiative to restore the Xhafer Deva house in Mitrovica. According to Rohdes, Xhafer Deva was an associate of Nazi Germany, and such a house should not be restored. /Klan Kosovo/
