Wounding two Serbian youth, Kurtaj lawyer shows how the event in Shtrpce took place

Naim Ferati, KSF soldier's lawyer, Azem Kurtaj, has shown how the event took place in Shtrpce, where his client allegedly injured two Serbs on Friday after.

After the session ended, Ferati said his client and a friend were going to Brezovica and the streets were blocked by a crowd of people and attacked by them.

On Friday afternoon my protector, along with his friend, were traveling to Brezovica and suddenly to a certain location, they were blocked by a crowd of people who were celebrating and suddenly attacked by” vehicles, Ferati said.

With the aim of averting danger, Ferati says that Kurtay has once shot into the air and once into asphalt.

His lawyer says Kurtaj didn't know two people were hurt, which he realized after arriving at Prevalla.

On the basis of danger, the same has tried to escape but has been blocked by the crowd and in self-defense with the intent of shifting or averting danger, has fired once with his gun in his possession, his personal weapon. He fired once into the air to clear the measure. This is clearly understood that my defense had no intention of shooting or hurting any citizen, but the whole event had developed into self-defense. This defence assessment is confirmed by the mother of the 11-year-old injured, Mrs. Zorica Stojanovic, who in the statement presented to the media in the Serbian language, said he has not fired in their direction, but in asphalt, Ferati has said.
