Walker: Funny to keep KLA leaders in custody, justice distorted in The Hague

Walker said he does not understand how a part of the Western accounting system is taken to one side, respectively, by Albanians, not dealing with the crimes that Serb forces have committed in Kosovo.

“... I don't fully understand it even in the EU and the American government has had the sense that a part of the accounting system is taken only on one side. The process has only been established one side, The NLA has not been a well-organised military chain, on the other hand, yes, and it would be easier to try them (Serbs)”, Walker said.

Walker stressed that what is happening in The Hague is distorted justice, citing Serbia's current president, Aleksandar Vuciq, as indirect participants in crimes committed by the notorious criminal Slobodan Milosevic.

“Vucciq was that command resolution (of the crime-making Milosevic system), was the minister of information and propaganda at the time and he is still denying Recak, denying what happened during the war. And I don't know if I've heard anything from the EU that he talks to you about in this respect and that he was part of what happened. And he after the war gets promoted president and does everything to sabotage a peace agreement”, Walker added.

Walker has repeated some during the show “Debat Plus” that accountability for crimes in Kosovo should be sought on the Serbian side as they were more structured and organised to commit crimes.

“It is quite ironic and shameful that the war-long pre-war accounting process has not been brought to justice (the crimes committed by Serb forces in Kosovo), at the same time, the leadership of Kosovo The KLA, which has been part of the government here four of those at The Hague for the European Search of Accounting, does not understand why it is being required only in the part of Kosovo, not in the Serbian side”, he added.
