Communists who were in Kosovo to spend winter holidays have already begun returning to Western European countries.
The National Centre for Border Management report is reporting that exiles to exit the border checkpoint in Merdare are waiting 180 to 240 minutes.
The column line at this point is 3,000 meters. The situation is similar at the next point on the border with Serbia, on the White Land.
