The Ukrainian government helicopter crashed near a nest full of children outside Kiev. The nine people on board were killed, including Ukraine's Interior Minister Denis Montastyrsky, his first deputy Yevhen Yenni and Secretary of State Yuri Lubkovych and nine others on earth.
