(3 years ago)The border crossing point at the Tower, connecting Kosovo with Montenegro, is closed as a result of heavy snow falling overnight. The news is confirmed by the National Border Management Center. Daily at around 10:00, says the Pec-Culla magistrate has closed without giving any further notice.
