He has asked four questions for the foreign ministry, including whether Kosovo has had communication with Togon over the years.
The following is Hoti's question:
- Has the Government of Togo been contacted during these two years by the president, prime minister and chief diplomat, to raise the level of diplomatic co-operation?
- Have they been aware of this action of Togo and what they have done to prevent it?
- What is the level of co-ordination with key allies to prevent recognitions and ensure new recognitions?
- Do we have foreign policy or not?
