Speaking of removing the barricades, Svecla said all roads are already open, except for the illegal ones, which said they are closed by the continuing patrols of the Kosovo Police, which continues to fight any criminal activity there.
“The situation can be said to be calm, but we cannot say it is completely stable”, Minister Svecla said. “As Serbia's influence continues to be enormous through criminal structures, then complete mobilization is needed, not only of security structures, especially the police, but of our entire society to overcome these difficulties”, Svechla has said of RTK.
The minister has also talked about the resignations of Serbian participants from Kosovo police. He has said that they have served crime and themselves to Serbia, rather than Kosovo and the laws of the Republic.
Svechla has added that pressures in the north will be fought with all methods so that even that part will be freed from the influence of criminal groups.
