The Kosovo Privatisation Agency announces the broad public opinion that it has accepted an agreement issued by the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court of Kosovo (DHPGJSK) through which the liquidation process is allowed to be completed for:
PRZ076 NSh “O LT Osijek unit Rahovec” headquartered in Rahovec.
The agency, in accordance with the Law, has previously submitted the request to the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court of Kosovo for approval of this Final Report and therefore allowed the closure of the liquidation process for NLT Osijek entity Rahovec, while the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court of Kosovo through this account (C-IV.-22-0295) has approved this Final Report and has given permission to close the liquidation process for the aforementioned NBS.
As a result, the number of NSHs, for which the liquidation process has so far been completed, has reached 42. Sub-KB/Asete.

At the same time, the Court has set a 15-day deadline from the accession of this ruling for any eventual complaint, and after this deadline has passed, the decision becomes all-powerful and reports of liquidation closure for the subject of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency will send relevant institutions, as provided with the AKP Law.
