Dear citizens,
As a result of unprecedented rainfall, from which the situation in general has been exacerbated, as well as on the basis of competencies and authorisations, I have made a decision to declare a state of emergency throughout our community territory.
I also formed the Emergency Staff, which is already in the field and is doing its job.
Since the morning hours, each director with its own entities and services, while even with the support of the Fire Department, has committed himself to doing his best to keep the situation under control despite existing difficulties and capacities in the face of heavy rainfall.
In some villages the situation is not good, while teams and municipal services with the machinery are carefully handling the problems caused.
