Serwer says the expression that Chollet used in English “good converting” or in Albanian “good conversation” is a diplomatic expression to express failure.
According to U.S. professor, meeting between Choll and Vuccikit Ska has been warm since the senior official of The UN says he has expressed his desire for the US-Serbia report at the meeting.
Serwer says perhaps Derek Chollet has begun to understand that Alexander Vucic did not share devotion to democratic principles.
