Protest organiser Ivan Miletic tells Danas that Serbs from Kosovo have remained “hostage”.
The protest is scheduled for 12:01 a.m. at the Kar Lazarus monument in the centre of the northern part of Mitrovica.
He says that citizens with the removal of the barricades saw which direction the situation is going and that they have agreed that they will not accept the “s Kurti Games, nor the Vuciqi”.
He points out that they have not joined formal organizations and that they do not know how many people will come in view of, he says, the fear that exists in citizens.
Miletiki says that although citizens presumed in “the sincere intentions of Vuchiqi and part of the Serbian List”, for the first time believed there would be “common resistance”.
We've been trying to organise some protests for the good of citizens before, but it hasn't succeeded because people have been instructed in the last moment not to come because protests don't have the support of power. But we hope that people will be released after this recent situation in which we were all manipulated citizens”, Miletic says. /Reporter
