As the BBC writes, the Biden Administration is expected to publicise plans to deliver at least 30 M1 Abrams tanks, while German Chancellor Olaf Schelz is said to have decided to send at least 14 Leopard 2 tanks.
In terms of the news, Russia's ambassador to the US, Anatoly Antonov, has named it “another gross provocation”.
So far, the US and Germany have resisted internal and external pressure to send their tanks to Ukraine.
