Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has reacted to the anniversary of Recak's massacre in Kosovo by Serbian forces.
Through a Facebook post, Berisha has described the massacre as a horror crime against humanity.
Berisha has further spared no charges against Prime Minister Edi Rama, who according to him is Vucic's vasal and has blocked in parliament the resolution of the Serbian genocide sentence in Kosovo.
The DP leader has further indicated that this terrorist act of Serbs has witnessed to humanity the cruel face of Slobodan Milosevic and Aleksandar Vucic.

Recak's massacre, horror crime against humanity!
Edi Rama as vassal of Vucic blocks the resolution of the Serbian genocide sentence in Kosovo in parliament.
Friends, on January 15th 1999, the Serbian terrorist falanga committed in Kosovo's Racak one of the worst crimes, the most horror massacres ever heard. Serbian terrorists killed, slaughtered, massacred on a night in the village of Racak 45 women, children, men only belonged to Albanian ethnicity.
Racan's innocent victims turned into the strong appeal of Kosovo Albanians, to outcry and dedication of those fallen by Serbian barbarians, and deeply shaken the response of citizens and citizens to free countries and around the world. Recak's massacre witnessed to humanity the cruel face of Slobodan Milosevic, his geobels Vucic and their barbarous regime.
Tragic today is that Edi Rama, this gross vassal of Aleksandar Vucic, blocks at the order of his master for one year's vote in Parliament on the Democratic Party's Resolution of Punishment of Serbian genocide in Kosovo.
Prostrated with the deepest honour today before victims of this massacre of Serb racist animalism towards Albanians, it calls on the UN and the governments of countries to put ahead of justice the authors, orders and organisers of this massacre, as well as those who deny monstrous crime against residents of Recak and all Kosovo.
Therefore, and by sharing deep pain with the families and relatives of the victims of the Recak massacre, I condemn with the greatest force both the perpetrators of monstrous crime as well as Edi Rama's treacherous antinational stance that has transformed Albania into a Belgrade vassal country.
Eternal honor to Recak's victims.
