Rama: Balkans have never been in such favourable positions

Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama has declared that the Western Balkans have never been in such a favourable position as it is today.

“will never be easy and I don't expect it to become easier. I think we all have to prepare for it to get harder because things are getting complicated on every front.
