Russian President Vladimir Putin lost his temper during his government's first meeting in 2023, publicly reprimanding the minister of commerce and industry.

For several minutes he accused Denis Mantourov of delaying bureaucratic delays in ordering civilian and military aircraft.

“Too long, it's taking too long,” said the Russian leader, who has never held back in criticising senior officials in public.

“What are you wasting time on when the contracts will be signed?”, Baked Putin.
