State prosecutor seeks detention for nine officials arrested for fraud, misuse of position in Lipjan

The State Prosecutor has applied for the appointment of the detention measure of nine persons who have been arrested for criminal work “due to the use of the position or authority” and the criminal work of “Defeit”.

According to the prosecution's announcement, persons arrested in the quality of official persons, as members of the technical commission have made acceptance of football stadium work in the village of Magur, the Lipjan municipality, allegedly done under a contract won by a company.

And another person has been detained, the company's manager in question. Meanwhile, the upper persons with these actions allegedly caused municipal budget damage worth about 300 thousand euros.
