According to the Court, “Burdushi” has carried out this event by promoting his business, printing office address cards, where he has written at the office's door, claiming to cure the sick with traditional drugs, amulets, lights candles, gets hairs, water-like liquids, grave dust, and letters with incomprehensible designs.

The court in the verdict states that “Burdushi” has carried out the event, even though the ruling health inspector had banned him.

Now, when he has recorded his business since 2005, until July 26, 19, no professional medical qualifications and no corresponding licenses, he is accused of falsely presenting the fact that he possesses supernatural powers, as if he had treated the most serious physical and psychiatric diseases, and helped solve various family problems.

The prosecution charges “Burdushin” that those who were injured have been subjected to improvised, futile treatments, putting them into routine and encouraging them to pay various amounts of money for it.

According to the Special Prosecutor, “Burdushi” has benefited different sums, ranging from 20 euros to 3,000 euros in total, profiting about 1m euros.

He is also accused of holding pistol-type weapons, two clips, 166 rounds, as well as a 55-round hunting rifle, contrary to the Weapons Law.

In addition, according to the Special Prosecutor, “Burdushi” since 2006 has committed money laundering, so he knew that his wealth stems from criminal activity and has been acquired by criminal acts.
