As the Ukrainian troops are expected to be trained to use Western equipment, this seems to be a sign of an offensive in the spring.

Western officials say Moscow is facing a lack of weapons and trained troops - despite efforts to refuel stock and mobilise additional forces.
A British defence official told the BBC that Wallace over the past few months has tried to boost Western support in order to reinforce Ukrainian offensive.
German Leopard tanks are key to this equation, but the Germans, so far, have resisted increased pressure, the Periscope broadcast.
