But neither for the holiday season, Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has considered any of the demands.

What we're desperate for is that it's becoming the second year that no person, who is deprived of freedom, is being forgiven. We as monitors on the basis of visits that we make on the ground based on human rights monitoring, the situation in institutions, made estimates that there are persons who deserve forgiveness and that there must be said to be given”, Valentina Demolli said.

According to the KMDLNJ, not pardoning the punishment of any of the inmates, now two years now affects their resocialisation in society.

This creates a sense of despair in these people, so they don't continue to behave well, because when they look forward to an opportunity to benefit, but they say that this is a possibility that the president could exploit, then he creates a disappointment in those deprived of freedom, which is aprior, reflected in their behavior, in their psychoesiochanal state, which affects their families”, has added Demoli.

Regarding the reasons why the president of Kosovo has not made a decision, they have not returned answers since Friday from the presidency office. Since 2009, more than 300 people have been pardoned by the presidency, until Osman's predecessor, Hashim Thaci, had pardoned over 10 prisoners during his term. /rtvukugini
