Peci's adviser pleads guilty to forging the vote result: I was tired.

The accused Enis Osmani, currently political adviser to Agriculture Minister Faton Peci, has pleaded guilty to forging the election results in 2017 at a polling station in the village of Bare Mitrovica.

This statement, accused Osmani, was given in the initial review at the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica on Monday.

By contrast, Pojazi Rexha, after reading the indictment, made improvement in legal qualifications, instead of Article 216 par.2, of the 2019 KPRK, should be Article 219 par.2, of the 2013 KPRK, since this code was in force at the time the criminal acts were committed.

The accused Osmani said he pleaded guilty to the burdened criminal work, adding that it could happen because of neglect and fatigue after the same day it worked about 27 hours.

Meanwhile, prosecutor Naziza proposed to the court to accept the guilty plea by the accused, as the same guilty person voluntarily accepts, without pressure, in consultation with his defender, and in support of the evidence found in the subject papers.

Similarly, the defender of the accused Osmani, lawyer Sabit Plana, proposed to the court that he accept guilty pleas from his defender, asking the court to pronounce a fine or parole sentence, since it is the first time his defender has conflicted with the law, and regrets that the situation has come to this point.

Following the statements of the parties, the judge of the Beftman Beqiri case admitted guilty by accused Enis Osmani, while declaring the sentence tomorrow, January 24, 2023.

Otherwise, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica on February 7th 2022 has filed an indictment against Enis Osman because on June 11th 2017, in the village of Bare ré Mitrovica, exactly at the primary school “Jevat Jusuf”, defendant Enis at the polling site number 1115B/02D for the Kosovo Republic of Kosovo Assembly, in the quality of the country's leadership, misusing office, duty or authorisations related to the elections, has added candidates within and within political subjects.

According to the indictment, during their count, removing votes from some candidates and adding votes to several other candidates, incorrectly registers a total of 246 votes, 228 of them as added votes, and 18 of them as votes lifted, added 56 for PDK, 112 for LDK and 60 for LVVV and removed 8 for PDK and 10 for LDK.

With this he had to commit criminal work “Forging the results of the vote” by Article 219 par.2 of KPRK.
