President Vjosa Osmani has congratulated Sweden on taking over the European Union's rotating Presidency (BE).
She has said that she is eager to work together in meeting common goals.

“I wish our Swedish partners a successful presidency of the EU Council. We are eager to work together to meet our common goals, bring Kosovo closer to the EU and strengthen unity against efforts to undermine our common values and interests”, Osmani has written on Twitter.

Otherwise, Sweden today on January 1st takes over the rotating European Union Presidency (BE), which changes once every 6 months. The EU presidency, also known as the EU Council Presidency, Sweden will take over from Chechia.
