According to reports by local media, it was 26-year-old Ildi Soula, who has accepted illegal activity and pleaded guilty to cannabis production. With the help of an Albanian translator, he acknowledged that he had cultivated 70 cannabis plants in his home.
The 19-year-old Gentian Sefa, who is accused of cultivating narcotics, interference in the electricity system and distribution of cannabis, has also been arrested.
The two Albanians have been placed in prison until a court hearing was held against them, where the sentence set for the criminal conduct committed will be announced.
