Nine people have been arrested, suspected of misuse of position or authority and fraud.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina reports that persons arrested in the quality of official persons, as members of the technical Commission, have made acceptance of the works of the football stadium in the village of Magure, the Lipjan municipality, allegedly done under the contract won by a company.
These officials allegedly caused 300 thousand euros in damage.
Also, during this action one (1) person responsible for the company's word. Meanwhile, the upper persons with these actions allegedly caused municipal budget damage worth about three hundred thousand (300.00) euros”, the prosecution's announcement said.
