He has further said that they have participated in the second draft that was made to the Franco-German proposal and said he challenges Kurt to go out and publicly show whether he has a “de-jure” within the Franco-German plan and whether this will be the final agreement.
We don't have a document on the table, we've already participated in the second draft. But now it must stand before citizens to stand before citizens and give this truth.
