At the memorial complex in Recak, they have started their prayers in honour of 45 Albanians killed and massacred by criminal regime Slobodan Milosevic. Numerous family and citizens have gone to honour the fallen 24th anniversary of this massacre.
Of the political leaders, Democratic Party of Kosovo chairman Memli Krasniqi and the deputy leaders of this party paid tribute to the graves of those killed.
Defence Minister Armend Mehaj, along with Deputy Minister Shemsy Syla and KSF leaders, have also placed flower wreaths at the Memorial complex in the village of Recak.
For homazhe will also be the country's top leaders, as well as other political and institutional leaders.
Otherwise, Recak's massacre turned around in Kosovo's history, since it was named a crime against humanity, for the first time by the former head of the O mission. SBE, William Walker. / KP
