The Institute for Public Health in Northern Macedonia has announced that the country has registered the first case of infection with a subvaitant”Omitron”, known as”Kraken”.
It has become known that “Kraken” is a new version that spreads fast but has easier symptoms.
Out of 32 positive SARS-CoV-2 samples, a case has been detected with HVV.1.5 omitron, known as “Kraken”. The patient who took samples on January 11, 2023 is from Gevgelia”, reported I The E.P.
