Kim Yo-jong, North Korean leader Kim Jong's sister has criticised the United States' decision to send tanks to Ukraine.
According to her, after this decision by the United States, “focuses on the evil intention of Americans to achieve their hegemonic target and destroy Russia.
According to reports, Kim Yo-jong said the U.S. has crossed the red line.
“I don't doubt any military equipment the United States and West boasts will burn in pieces in the face of the fighting spirit and the power of the Russian military and heroic people,” She said, adding that North Korea will always stay in the same ditch as Russia.
Her comments came after Joe Biden announced that she would send 31 M1 Abrams tanks to Ukraine, overturning Washington's months-long arguments that those vehicles were very difficult to maintain by locals.
North Korea is the only country except Russia and Syria, which recognises the independence of Donetsk and Luhansk, two separatist regions supported by Russia in eastern Ukraine.
