Milan is reported to be aware that it can be difficult to purchase Rome's Nicolo Zanaolo and have started exploring alternatives.
“Rossons” reportedly started considering a possible move for Newcastle United fans' favourite Allan Saint-Maxim.
Zaniolo made it clear to Rome that he wants to leave this month and Milan emerged as a contender, but their current offer is believed to have no chance of convincing the Romans, forcing them to consider alternatives.
As reported by “TMW”, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara has begun to observe close to Saint-Maxim, believing it could be an ideal signature for Milan this month.
The Frenchman, who has contracts with Newcastle until the summer of 2026, is having limited minutes under Eddie Howe's direction this season, being named only at four games in Premierliga.
The 25-year-old has scored a goal this season and contributed three asymmetries.
