A month's detention of nine officials suspected of misusing in connection with building the stadium in Magure

The prosecution's pre-procedure court's request for determining the detention measure against the nine defendants has been approved as based, and the same has been assigned the measure of detention in length of 1 (a) month each.

Defendant K. S, J. M, L.D., V. M, I. J, E. E, RR.O, D.G. and M.B. are suspected that in the quality of official persons using office or official authority, they have misused official duty.

“Against this act, the disgruntled parties have a right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina”, the Pristina Foundation Court communiqué says.
