The news on Telegrafia has revealed the director of the Directorate for Social Goods, Adelina Sahiti, under which financial support for victims of violence is meant to be from 500 euros a month.
As she pointed out, this amount will serve to provide housing, food, and a share for children.
Pristina's “comuna will separate the victims of violence from 500 euros per month, 250 euros for housing, 150 for food, and from 50 to 100 euros for children”, Sahiti said.
She said this decision has been legitimised through the vote of the Communist Assembly as aembrists in 24,11,2022. According to her, there are some criteria that all applicants must meet to benefit from this support.
And after meeting Sahiti, he stressed that this contribution will last from six months to two years.
The assistance that will be offered to these victims after they have met the criteria set in the decision will last between 6 months and 2 years. Normally, the entire process will be managed by the Directorate of Goodness, more precisely by the Social Work Center. The criteria that must be met, first have to present the case to the police, then have a defence order issued by the tribunal, have identification documents, swimming contracts for residence, formal agreement from the QPS, record documentation, reference from the” shelter, she said.
Safe Sahiti said the applications have not yet begun since the decision will start applying since January of this year.
This decision, stated chief Sahiti, aims for the victim to be independent and integrated into society without having to return to the bully.
