Some of them said it was Lionel Messy, although our idea was not on the international level. Yet, we accept it as an answer, and there are some in our editorials that say that Mess is a personality of the year. Okay, right of them.
Other answers were that the personality of the year is Prime Minister Albin Kurti. Right of these too:P.
In the meantime, the most interesting answer is that of an elderly person we are highly esteeming, who says that the personality of the year is his wife, Shera.
